Although Sayulita is a small town, it is packed with many restaurant and cafe options. It sometimes can feel overwhelming when thinking of a place to choose. So we compiled a list of some of our favorite healthy eateries in town to grab your morning cup of coffee or meet for an afternoon lunch date.

Orangy is well known in Sayulita not just for their delicious smoothies- but their friendly staff and personable owners. When you visit Orangy the first impression you receive is how much care goes into making each smoothie. Matiz Mariscos
This seafood restaurant might be the best in town.Head Chef, Jose Osbaldo, studied in Spain at culinary school and has been a professional chef for over a decade. With their fresh seafood and tapas menu, we are always satisfied with dining here. Their tuna tostadas are one of our favorites with large fresh chunks of tuna for only 50 pesos. We enjoy eating for a light dinner, but just one tostado is quite big. For a more complete meal we are always astounded by their tapas menu and have heard nothing but raving compliments of their octopus dish. Matiz offers something for all dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.

La Rustica Sayulita is known for their delicious woodfire pizza, oysters and seafood, but they do have vegan and veggie options available. Other locations include Punta Mita.
