We value educating and providing resources to our community so that people that are seeking wellness have the resources to find it. We value the experiences that are embodied through healing and wellness.  

Enforma believes that practitioners need easy to use business tools giving them more time to focus on their gifts and enhancing their clients experiences and life. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for our community members, and creating a place for business growth and development. 

Enforma is a booking app for wellness activities , available in both the App Store and Google Play store. We are dedicated to introducing our Enforma Community to the amazing benefits of the rich world of wellness activities.

Launched in 2021 by Errin Leach and Alicia Falango. Enforma gives people the tools to find and book an assortment of different wellness activities. Through our user-friendly website and app, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive community that encourages individuals to explore and adopt healthier lifestyles. We cover all modalities, making sure that there is something for everyone.  

While Enforma started as a website and evolved into an app, we are also expanding offline in various ways to bring wellness into people’s busy lives. This includes bespoke wellness planning and retreats and be on the lookout for wellness facilities in the future. 

As we continue to evolve and adapt to the changing landscape of wellness, we remain committed to our mission to be a trusted source of guidance and support, dedicated to giving people the tools to incorporate wellness into their lives.

Please be advised that we have received reports of fraudulent emails, which appear to come from Enforma Sayulita or Enforma Mexico, but are actually generated by malicious actors seeking to gather personal information.
 
These phishing scams are requesting individuals to click on an attachment that is fraudulently disguised as an invoice and/or asking to call a fake phone number.

All communications from Enforma will have addresses that end in @enformawellness.com.

How to purchase a subscription to promote your services
  • Click the hamburger icon in the top right corner
  • Choose Profile/Location Settings
  • Switch to Business or Practitioner, then choose Individual or Business
  • Add your services (please note you only have to add one to get started. More can be added later)
  • Choose your subscription level and subscribe through your app store
  • Add your bank details to receive payments from classes/events booked through the app

What is the difference between a client and a practitioner/business?
  • A practitioner or business profile is for anyone who wants to list their services such as massage therapists, yoga instructors, breathworkers, sound healers, etc (practitioners)  or holistic studios, beauty spas, gyms, etc (businesses). 
  • A client profile is for anyone who is looking for wellness services. 

(Please note that all practitioners and businesses who create a profile will automatically have a client profile to utilize the wellness services)

What is the difference between an individual practitioner and a business membership?
  • An individual practitioner is for individuals such as yoga instructors, coaches, traveling masseuses etc or are providing services independently. 
  • A business will have a location and employees, such as a studio, spa or gym where you can manage multiple instructors and multiple classes. 

How to cancel a subscription
  • You have to cancel through your Apple or Google Play subscription portals

How to I pay for classes
  • When you book a class, you will be asked to enter your credit card information and the payment will be processed through Stripe, a secure payment processing platform.

How do I receive payment for users booking my classes/events?
  • Upon creating your account you will be asked for your bank details. They will be entered securely through Stripe, a payment processing platform, who will distribute the funds into your account once they are received from the client.

How do I set up my Stripe account?
  • Click here for an instructional video on how to create your Stripe account. 
(Please note that you will be able to skip this setup initially and access all the features on the app, however it will need to be completed before receiving any payments from booked classes)

Will I be refunded if I cancel a class or appointment?
  • Yes, you will receive a full refund less the booking fee if you cancel your class or appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to log in to your Enforma account
  • There are several ways to log in to your EnForma account. We offer the following:
  • Phone Number and OTP (one-time password) texted to your device.
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google

(We recommend businesses create their accounts using the business email so that you can enable access to multiple users)

Can someone else manage my account as a business?
  • Yes, but you need to make sure that when you create the account, you choose to sign up with Google and use the businesses email address and password that you can share with the person/s you want to manage the account.

How to use Enforma on more than one device
  • Can I use EnForma on my phone AND my tablet?
  • You can absolutely access your EnForma account across your phone and tablet. We do not have a website application as of yet.

(Please note: EnForma subscriptions cannot be shared across multiple EnForma accounts. Once a subscription is purchased using one EnForma account, it cannot be attached to a different EnForma account.)

How to update the Enforma app
  • Be sure you have access to all the newest EnForma Mexico content by keeping your app up-to-date. If there are any new updates you will be prompted to do so whenever you open the app. 

How do I switch from my client profile to my practitioner/business profile?
  • Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen
  • Click on Profile/Location settings.

How do I switch between locations?

  • Click on Profile/Location settings.

How can I list my services? 
  • After you sign up for a business or individual subscription with EnForma, you will be able to list your services when signing up in your profile. You can edit, add or delete these services at any time by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen and clicking on profile.

How do I edit my profile?
  • Click on the hamburger menu at the top right corner
  • Click on profile
  • Click on the pencil icon in the profile photo. 

How do I edit my services?
  • Click on the hamburger menu on the top right corner
  • Click on profile
  • Click on the pencil icon to the right of Our Services.

How do I create a class/event for the calendar?
  • Make sure you are in your practitioner/business profile (see above)
  • Go to the home screen
  • Click on create an event

Do I need to enter the same class manually each time if it is reoccurring?
  • NO. When you create the event, under the location you will check the box next to Reoccurs, select the days it reoccurs and then select how long it reoccurs for.

How do I add another instructor to my instructor list?
  • In your business profile, click on instructor on the bottom left of the screen, scroll to the bottom and click on add an instructor.

How do I book a class?
There are two ways to do this. 
  • On the home screen, click on the ‘Book a Class’ button, search the date you are looking for, find the class you are looking for and click the plus sign. Then click the Book a Class button, Enter your name and no. of participants, and Book Now. Click Pay and enter your credit card details.

  • Or go directly to the calendar and repeat steps starting with searching the date.

How do I cancel a class?
  • On the home screen, under your upcoming classes, choose the class you wish to cancel. 
  • Click on 'Booked' and then choose cancel.

How do I message a practitioner/business?
There are three ways to do this.
  • Click on message at the bottom left of the screen, select the practitioner and send your message.
  • Search through the list of practitioners or businesses, find the practitioner/business you want to message and click on the message icon (speech bubble) next to Learn more. 
  • Click on a class, scroll to the bottom, click on view studio/practitioner profile, then click on message button.
