1. Rose Room Sayulita
Rose Room is known in Sayulita as the studio to go to, known for their superb instructors and down to earth classes. We love that during classes there seems to be a community that is regularly coming. When taking a class at Rose Room expect to be led with descriptive, authentic, instructors. The classes are a breath of fresh air, allowing for laughter and fun sprinkled throughout sessions. Be prepared to come a bit outside your comfort zone, but not too far that you don’t feel safe. Most classes are tailored to all levels, just be sure to check their schedule to confirm. Each instructor brings a plethora of knowledge to every class, and each is different from the other.
The Rose Room is situated on top of Don Bonito Hotel where just below is a cafe offering delicious breaky and lunch. (They even named a tea after Rose Room). We recommend bringing your own mat (if you can,) since the classes fill up fast, but they do offer rental mats if you cannot bring your own.
