HELLO! My name is Sol Luciana and I facilitate Circles with Cacao! Long story short: I connected with Real Cacao when  I started traveling (2019). At one point I spent three months in a Cacaotal (a Cacao plantation). I learned a lot about the plant and her process as I had the opportunity to have her with me daily! One day, a medicine woman I met told me Cacao is a great protector and advised me always to have it in my backpack. From that moment I always carry a small amount of Cacao beans with me.

At that time I was going through a health “problem” related to my uterus. I had tried to solve it by doing several things and, since I always had Cacao with me, I decided to incorporate it into my morning meditations…I did it every day for more than 40 days. At the same time, I shared the Cacao seed and drink with those I met along the way (I always brought it with me and people seemed very interested!).

After a couple of months, I started to heal!…

I want to share this with you because for me, firstly this meant a miracle and secondly it opened a door of connection with me that I had never had before: see myself with love.

Cacao works with the heart chakra allowing you to enter the present moment. Entering the present moment opens the window to the body: there is no other way (at least for me). And that’s why I  believe I healed. 

And the present moment is full of naked truths! sometimes it might feel scary to feel everything that is there, but it is necessary to trust. That is, neither good nor bad This is what I call love.

YOU OPEN yourself to receive (the plant with your heart open) 

YOU TRUST the process…

 This IS PRACTICING compassion. 

This implies presence.

ALL this is Love.

I am so excited to share Cacao, it embodies this metaphor for life so well!  It is, literally, the bridge to the heart, to what is true for me. I’m convinced it’s a great tool for you too.

This implies patience. Nowadays, we are so used to fast roads, that we seek a shock, a turbulent experience that shakes our world and gives us a solution. Cacao is medicine from the earth, and she  works with organic rhythms

When you embark on the Cacao journey, what is true for you will begin to unfold, in a much more organic rhythm. And, as if we were unfolding a piece of paper, you would see the marks, the wrinkles, what was left inside…. 

But the loving and wise  Cacao Grandma will accompany and support you and help you face this process with Love.

Cacao is love because

Love is Presence.

To be present is to be open.

Being open allows us to see with compassion.

You will find yourself in a space of no mind and at the same time EARTHLY, experiencing the grace of being here and now completely open (in acceptance, in presence, in love). You will listen to yourself, feel centered, and even enjoy,  and honor BEING WHO YOU ARE. Allow yourself to play, express, and validate your emotions, giving them space. Permit yourself to be human!

Once again, I am very grateful to walk with Cacao who leads me every day in other ways to navigate my life process and I am glad to have the opportunity to share it!
