To get there, you need to ascend the hill from Calle Jose Mariscol onto Gaviotas Sur, which is more akin to a steep alley than a road.

Naty’s is a locals favorite, and always consistent with their menu and quality. You can always find a line of locals and tourists alike going down the street to get these yummy tacos! Naty´s offers non vegan options but their menu offers lots of options for vegans. They have potatoes, green beans and mushrooms, pumpkin, and squash. You can order it in a taco or as a portion. All of their portions include tortillas, beans or rice (or both if you order more than one portion)
Find them downtown one block from the beach on Calle Marlin, diagonally across from restaurant Tierra Viva.
Our favorite late night spot, loved by locals and tourists alike, Toño always opens after the sun sets. You can order just a veggie taco and put as many toppings as your heart desires, from beans to peppers, onions, and pico de gallo, they are definitely not short on options. However, we must warn you that when it gets busy they will cook your taco on the same grill as the meat. If that doesn’t concern you then we highly recommend this spot for your late night stop.
Find them up on Calle Pelicanos next to the Amazing Hostel, you will most certainly see people outside eating.

Mary’s is known for their amazing fish tacos, but they do offer some options for vegetarian tacos. Make sure to ask for no cheese to make it vegan! The taco is very good, served on their fresh tortillas with mushroom, onion, and peppers. Mary’s is located on the main strip of Av. Revolucion
